Stuck on something? Two ways to reach us.
If your project is in flight or you’re on hosting with us, you’ll usually get a response within a day. Faster on weekdays, slower on weekends and holidays. We’re a small shop and we don’t pretend otherwise.
For active clients
Sign in to your portal and post a message in your project thread, or submit a change request. Both come straight to us and get logged against your project for context.
For everyone else
Email us directly at [email protected] — new project enquiries, billing questions, lost passwords, anything. We read every email ourselves.

Common situations
My site is down.
If we host the site, email us with the URL and what you’re seeing. We’ll respond within a few hours during business hours, sooner if it’s a hard down. If you’re hosting yourself somewhere else, your hosting provider’s support is the first call.
I forgot my portal password.
Use the reset link. Enter the email we have on file and you’ll get a one-time link to set a new one. If the email never arrives, check spam, then email us.
I need to update something on my site.
If we host you, just email or post in your portal — small text and image swaps are included. Bigger changes (new pages, new features) get quoted separately as a small project.
I have an invoice question.
Open your portal — outstanding invoices show in your project page with a pay button. If something on the invoice is wrong, reply to the email it came in on and we’ll fix it.
I want to cancel hosting.
Email us — no contract to escape, we’ll prorate the month, hand off the code and the files, and help you point your domain wherever you’re going.
